What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming which teaches us how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired results.
NLP used in Coaching focuses on transformation through awareness and self-honesty and overcoming negative beliefs and patterns of behavior. Coaching is about helping you to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This also means even though I do specialize in Relationship coaching, what you will learn will affect the other areas of your life, as well as your thoughts, behaviours and beliefs which will change during the coaching process.
In NLP we recognize that, for you to be happy and successful, you first need to say good-bye to negative patterns and emotions to make way for new, positive ones, those that help you achieve what you are looking for.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done using verbal repetition and mental images. When you’re under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions.
Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain (physical and emotional). It’s important to know that although you’re more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don’t lose control over your behavior.
Hypnosis is neither strange or mysterious. The truth is, you drift in and out of the hypnotic or trance state, on a daily basis. It goes unnoticed because it seems so natural and normal. And that, is exactly what hypnosis is, one of the natural states of mind that all human beings experience.
What is Strategic Intervention?
Strategic Intervention taught by Tony Robbins is a is a coaching method that helps people understand why they do what they do, find empowering meanings for their life circumstances and discover how they meet their needs in positive and negative ways … which in turn helps to achieve a profound and sustainable life change. Strategic Intervention allows us to STOP analyzing so much and work with the heart to gain better insights into ourselves.

As Your Life Strategist I will always look at you as a person, not as another file that just gets worked with following a set system. Finding out what your needs are and how you can get them fulfilled is a very individual process and it is important to respect that in order to achieve the individual results you are after.
All of the above modalities are often used together in various ways in coaching processes to achieve better and longer lasting results. Other modalities used are Time-Line Therapy, Active Listening as well as meditation and breath work.
